Our mission

Our mission is to bring joy, purpose, and connection to people living with memory loss, and their care partners. Through music and performance, we aim to reduce isolation and challenge the stigma of Alzheimer’s and other dementias, fostering understanding and inclusion in our community.

Research shows that singing can boost mood, enhance well-being, and strengthen connections—and Second Verse Choir offers a fun, meaningful way to share these benefits together!

We are now looking for participants and their care partners to join us.

What is the Commitment?

Join us for 15 weeks of joyful music-making and community connection! Each session includes a 1.5-hour weekly rehearsal held every Thursday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., beginning January 8th at Central Christian Church (3690 Cherry Creek S Dr., Denver). The 15-week session costs $150 and concludes with a heartwarming community concert and fundraiser—a celebration of music, friendship, and purpose.
